Renewal of Vows

Renewing your wedding vows is a beautiful way to mark the passage of time in a successful marriage and is a public declaration of the love and commitment that you have for one another.

Couples can choose to renew their vows at any time of their marriage, it does not have to be the occasion of their 10th, 25th or even 50th Wedding Anniversaries - it can be a gift to each other in declaring that their love is still as strong as it was all those years ago!

The ceremony is created from your past, present and future and renews the vows that you exchanged on your wedding day with pledges for the future.

Commitment Ceremonies

A commitment between two people who love each other and wish to share their life together but are unable to marry under Australia Law, can choose a commitment ceremony to publicly affirm to their family and friends their heartfelt desire to share their lives with one another.

Although not a legally binding ceremony, it gives same sex couples as well as heterosexual couples, the opportunity to commit to each other without the legal paperwork. It is a ceremony often similar to many other kinds of weddings with the same input and creativity to achieve the "Ceremony of their dreams".

Name Giving

The birth of a new child is the celebration of new life and as such can be celebrated with a name giving ceremony where the baby is welcomed into the community amongst friends and family.

The naming ceremony embraces the joy of the family unit and gives formal recognition to the role of the parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins etc.

Guardians or Godparents are chosen for the child by the parents to ensure that their role is to share in the responsibility, care and guidance of the child.

The naming Ceremony is an excellent occasion for the cultural expression of joy, hope and acceptance.
